Inclusion 360

While the latter part of the 20th century witnessed a new awareness of diversity, few organizations could claim to have implemented a successful diversity policy. This failure was due, in part, to the fact that diversity, per se, only guarantees variance, not performance. Beyond simply maintaining diversity, an organization must ensure that its practices are inclusive. Inclusion practices have an organizational side, (policies), and a personal side, (inclusion leadership practices).

EDI has diagnostic tools for both organizations and leaders. Through the application of the ‘Inclusion Organizational Survey’ (IOS), you will assess how inclusive your organization practices are. With ‘Inclusion 360°’, a leader can assess the effectiveness of her/his inclusion practices by looking at them through the eyes of those with whom they work.
