Global Leader New Manager Education

The New Manager Development Course (NMDC) has been a global core program for newly-appointed managers at this Fortune-10 company since 1984; the program has been modified, redefined and updated several times, three of them over the last seven years. EDI participated in the design and delivery of the program since its inception. Sessions have been conducted for all operations of the organization in the US, Mexico, Europe, Asia and Latin America. EDI developed the process, ‘Train the Trainers’ (TTT), to train the next generation of trainers. EDI’s participation in its global rollout is ongoing.
