Coaching Sessions

During several hour-long sessions, depending on the nature of the subjects addressed, we use several tools such as MBTI, 360 of the company or designed by EDI, Emotional Intelligence 360, etc., exercises, practice skills, discuss models, etc., to provide specific content and practice for the subject of the executive coaching. Depending on the skill(s) targeted, observation of interactions with others may be required in order to provide structured feedback at a later date.
